From Lisbon, go South to Caparica and south again all the way to the last access to the beaches (past Praia do Rei) and until the end of the dust road. Upon Bela Vista, walk south, to the left of the Restaurant. It's some 2 miles of white sand beach and dunes. Alternatively, take the "Turispraia" little train at Caparica and leave at Stop 19. You can reach Bela Vista from south, turning right at Fonte da Telha village and all the way to the end of the dust road - then it's a hundred yards to the shore and the whole beach is to your right. Here, the parking is free.
